• Navigating Standards: Explain the purpose, content, and interrelationship of ISO 21001:2018 and other relevant standards in the context of educational organization management.

• Interpreting ISO Requirements: Interpret the requirements of ISO 21001:2018 within the context of auditing an Educational Organization Management System.

• Auditor Roles and Responsibilities: Explain the roles and responsibilities of an auditor and lead auditor in planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on an audit of an Educational Organization Management System. This includes aligning with standards such as ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.

• Audit Proficiency: Develop the skills needed to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on an audit of an Educational Organization Management System in conformity with ISO 21001:2018, while adhering to audit standards like ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021.
